This client commissioned me to illustrate her husband snowboarding in the mountains, as Chile in South America was of great importance to them both, I decided to add to the illustration the distant city skyscrapers of Santiago in Chile, gradually melting away into the snow.
The unusual combination of the scenic mountains, juxtaposed against the hard edges of the city skyscrapers makes for a stunningly dramatic illustration.
